3pm - Open with seated on mats with a detoxifying tea and education on the modalities you are about to experience.
Introduction to your journal, emotion wheel chart, and genetic type quiz.
Educate on safety within the body.
3:45pm - Breath Training leading gently into activated breath.
4:30pm- Somatic Emotional Release
