What are the ongoing franchise fees?

6% of gross revenue as a monthly royalty, plus 2% toward the national marketing fund — 8% total. Annual license renewal is $2,500. Wholesale apothecary products are billed at cost + 30% markup.

Do I need to be a Doctor or Holistic Practitioner to own a franchise?

No. Many excellent franchisees come from business, retail, hospitality, or ministry backgrounds. You must maintain a minimum of 2 trained practitioners on staff — but you do not need to be one yourself.

What does the 2 week in-person training cover?

40–60 hours of hands-on and classroom instruction: Wix operations, Covenant Care systems, practitioner management, retail, apothecary, events, brand standards, marketing, and financial reporting. You'll shadow the flagship location during live operations.

How does Covenant Care benefit my location?

Covenant Care members can redeem credits at any Living Holistic franchise location. When a member visits your location, Covenant Care pays your LLC at the standard retail service rate. Your practitioners receive 80% of that rate. It's a guaranteed client pipeline before you even open your doors.

What ongoing support do I receive?

Monthly check-in calls, quarterly business reviews, annual franchisee conference, 24/7 online resource portal, ongoing marketing support, and access to the national practitioner and franchisee community. You are never building alone.
