A nervous system reset for our kids.
In today's fast-paced world, children often find themselves overwhelmed by various stimuli, whether from school pressures, social interactions, or digital devices. To help them navigate these challenges and restore balance, we propose a comprehensive nervous system reset that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation.
We will begin this restorative journey with a series of gentle stretches designed specifically for children. These stretches will not only help to loosen tight muscles but also promote flexibility and enhance body awareness. The stretching session will be followed by the application of a vitamin eye mask, which is infused with nourishing ingredients that can soothe tired eyes and provide a calming effect. During this time, we will also incorporate a soothing scalp and hand massage, allowing the children to relax deeply while experiencing the comforting sensations of touch.
