Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payment Payment: Payment for the reservation is to be made up front at the time of booking. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon with the venue. Cancellation Policy Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the booking, a $40 cancelation fee is non-refundable. Additional cancellation fees may apply based on how close the cancellation is to the event date. Any remaining balance will be remitted within 24 hours. Venue Cancellation: The venue reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of all payments made by the client will be issued. Use of the Venue Permitted Activities: The venue may only be used for the purpose agreed upon in the contract. Any change in the type of event must be approved by the venue management. Occupancy Limits: The client must adhere to the maximum occupancy limits as specified by the venue's safety regulations. According to Fire Marshal, the space is allowed 50 persons. Setup and Cleanup: The client is responsible for arranging layout plans with Living Holistic prior to the event. No furnishings may be moved by leaser. Leaser is responsible for cleanup within the time frame agreed upon of (30 Minutes post event). Clean up involves removal of all products brought in, trash in space and bathroom emptied. Liability and Insurance Client Liability: The client is responsible for any damage to the venue or its property during the rental period. Insurance Requirements: The client may be required to provide proof of liability insurance to cover potential damages or injuries that may occur during the event. Venue Amenities and Restrictions Amenities Provided: The venue will provide a list of amenities included in the rental, such as tables, chairs, audio-visual equipment, etc. Decorations and Modifications: Any decorations or modifications to the venue must be pre-approved by the venue management. Certain restrictions may apply to protect the venue's property. Prohibited Substances: Smoking, illegal substances, and certain types of equipment (e.g., pyrotechnics) may be prohibited within the venue. Conduct and Security Code of Conduct: All guests must adhere to a code of conduct, respecting the venue and its staff. Disruptive or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of the event. Security Measures: The venue may require additional security personnel
