A prayer session on Good Friday. This will be a deep night of checking our heart posture to Jesus and his sacrifice. We will start with scripture and discussion, fill in our prayer journals and go into a calm breathwork saturated in worship while you give your prayers to the Father.

Whether you are new to breathwork or have prior experience, this session will provide a nurturing environment for spiritual growth and healing.
