Forgiveness is one of the most powerful — and most difficult — things Jesus calls us to. We know we’re supposed to forgive. But knowing and actually releasing are two very different things.
This 90-minute guided experience brings together intentional breathwork, instrumental worship, prayer, and scripture to create space for something deeper than a decision. Because real forgiveness isn’t just a choice we make in our heads — it’s something that has to move through the body too.
What to expect:
You’ll be gently guided through four phases — arriving and grounding, bringing your grief and weight to God, a season of deep stillness where the Holy Spirit moves, and finally, restoration and freedom on the other side.
